Karzzzz
Himesh Reshammiya returns to play the role of a re-incarnated singer immortalized by the ever-charming Rishi Kapoor in Subhash Ghai’s 1980 hit musical ‘Karz’.
Directed by Satish Kaushik and produced by T-Series, ‘Karzzzz’ is the modern remake of Ghai’s film.
The movie stars Himesh Reshammiya opposite a new girl named Shweta , who plays the same role enacted by Tina Munim in the original flick.
The story of ‘Karzzzz’ will be the same as Subhash Ghai ’s original with only slight modifications to make it look contemporary.
The scion of a rich businessman is lured into love by a manipulative woman ( Urmila Matondkar ) who kills him to inherit the wealth. But twenty-five years on, the reincarnated self of the dead scion returns as a talented singer-musician (Himesh Reshammiya) to avenge his death and reclaim what originally belongs to him. In this course he also discovers love in a simple and beautiful girl (Shweta).
The film also stars Danny Denzongpa and Gulshan Grover .
Its music is composed by Himesh Reshammiya himself.
